At Geovannah Tanzania Adventures, we take pride in providing unforgettable experiences for our clients. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, please carefully read the following terms and conditions before booking your adventure with us.
Reservation and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the tour starts. If the full payment is not received within this time frame, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case our cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour start date: 50% loss of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: 100% loss of the total tour cost.
We strongly advise our clients to consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation or interruption of your tour.
Travel Insurance
To protect your investment and ensure peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, loss of personal belongings, and other potential travel-related risks. Please note that Geovannah Tanzania Adventures does not provide travel insurance, and it is your responsibility to secure appropriate coverage.
Liability and Responsibility
Geovannah Tanzania Adventures acts as an agent for hotels, transportation providers, and other service providers. As such, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
While we make every effort to ensure your safety and satisfaction, it is essential to understand that participating in a safari adventure involves some degree of risk. You are responsible for your personal belongings and well-being throughout the tour.
Itinerary Changes and Flexibility
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, road conditions, park regulations, or other factors beyond our control. Any changes made will be done with your best interests in mind, and we will make every effort to provide a comparable experience.
Health and Safety
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically capable of undertaking the activities included in your chosen tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to your tour so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. By booking a tour with Geovannah Tanzania Adventures, you agree to these terms and conditions.
