How We Create Unforgettable Adventures - The Process
1. Send Us Your Enquiry
Start by filling in our contact form or sending us a WhatsApp message. Tell us your preferred travel dates, the number of people in your group, the destinations you have in mind, and any special interests — wildlife photography, family travel, honeymoon, or climbing Kilimanjaro alongside your safari. The more you share, the better we can tailor your trip. There is no obligation at this stage; we are happy to answer questions and help you explore ideas.
2. We Reply Within 1 Day
A dedicated safari specialist from our team will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours — often sooner. They will introduce themselves personally and may ask a few follow-up questions to better understand your preferences before preparing a proposal. You will always speak with the same person throughout the planning process, so nothing gets lost in translation.
3. custom Itinerary Built Just for you
Based on your input, we create a detailed, personalized itinerary. This includes daily game drives, accommodation options at different price points, park fees, internal transfers, and any optional activities such as hot air balloon rides, village visits, or beach extensions in Zanzibar. We present everything clearly so you can review, ask questions, and request changes freely. We revise the proposal as many times as needed until it feels exactly right.
4. You Confirm and Pay 25% Deposit
Once you are happy with the itinerary, a deposit is required to secure your dates and begin making reservations. We accept international bank transfers and major credit cards. Our payment policy is transparent — you will see exactly what is due and when. The remaining balance is typically due 60 days before departure. We will always confirm the exact payment schedule upfront so there are no surprises.
5. We Handle All the Details
After your deposit is received, we confirm every booking on your behalf — lodges, park entry permits, vehicle assignments, airport transfers, and flight arrangements where needed. We also send you practical pre-travel information: visa requirements, packing guides, health and vaccination advice, and what to expect in each destination. Two to four weeks before your departure we reconfirm every service to make sure everything is in place.
6. Your Safari Begins!
When you arrive, our team meets you at the airport and takes care of everything from that point forward. Your guide — experienced, knowledgeable, and certified — stays with you throughout the safari. We also provide a direct 24/7 support line you can call at any time if you have a question, need assistance, or encounter an unexpected situation while in the field. Our job is not finished until you are safely home.

With over 86 successful ascents of Mount Kilimanjaro and more than 2,000 safaris led across Africa, Salvador is a master of the wild—where mountains, savannahs, and silence become classrooms. A certified wilderness first responder, wildlife photographer, safari guide, and reflective theologist, he brings both technical expertise and spiritual depth to every journey. His perspective is shaped by years of quiet observation, cultural exchange, and a belief in nature as a sacred text written in wind, rock, and animal tracks.
In 2022, he co-founded Geovannah Tanzania Adventures—a name born from “Geo” (Earth) and “Savannah” (it also means special gift from God In Hebrew) — to reconnect people with nature’s living energy, echoing the way we grew up in harmony with the land. The mission is clear: deliver service that truly matches what travelers invest, while awakening a deep, lasting love for the natural world.
